My ‘Remove ads’ purchase is gone.
Open Settings in the app and tap Restore purchases. The Google account you bought with must be signed in on the device.
I changed phones. Can I move my records?
Purchases come back with Restore purchases on the same Google account. Puzzle records, streaks and settings are stored only on the device and cannot be moved at the moment.
When do free games refill?
Three free games refill every midnight, Korea time. Before then, you can watch one ad for an extra game.
When does the Daily Sudoku change?
A new numbered puzzle opens every midnight, Korea time — at the same moment worldwide.
I want to remove my nickname from the rankings.
Tap Withdraw my result in the rankings to remove it at once (rankings are a planned feature). To delete the server record too, see data deletion.
The 9 AM reminder did not arrive.
Check that notifications are on in Android Settings → Apps → Miv Sudoku → Notifications. Reminders are scheduled one day at a time from the completion screen.
The text is too small.
Tap Large print at the top right of the home screen. Digits and buttons get bigger; the rules stay the same.
